Stakeholder engagement is key to the work we do. Whether that is working with educators and district staff across BC to increase the impact of their after-school art or sport program or supporting the design of a healthy living guide to engage teens.

The support Katy provided in our first year of the After-School Sport and Art Initiative was extremely valuable to us, as we tried to learn and navigate through this new process.  We felt that Katy was very approachable and helpful, always ready with encouragement and a ‘can do’ attitude.

– Kirsten Deasey, District Principal, Learning & Innovation

Below is a video where Katy and others highlight the After-School Sport Initiative, now called the After-School Sport and Arts Initiative, a provincially funded program for children with barriers to participation.

At Bigsby Consulting we recognize the importance of creating tools that engage, educate and inspire end users. Project documents are created in partnership with stakeholders. Relevance, usefulness and impact are key indicators of success. Whether it’s in the area of education, health or training we can help you build tools which are relevant and useful.  We have worked with various government and non-government organizations in developing engaging, informative, and accessible resources.
